Ethics and Compliance Reporting Center

Seohyun Accounting Corporation To foster a sound corporate culture and uphold ethical management practices, we operate an Ethics and Compliance Reporting Center. This allows individuals to report unethical or illegal activities, as well as violations of our code of ethics, at any time and either internally or externally, anonymously or under their real name.

Reportable Issues

  • Accepting or giving bribes
  • Embezzlement or misappropriation of funds
  • Misconduct related to accounting and auditing
  • Violations of independence
  • Confidentiality breaches between corporations and customers
  • Workplace sexual harassment and bullying
  • Other violations of laws, regulations, or unethical behaviors

Report Processing Policy

We accept internal and external reports regarding unethical behavior by our company's executives and employees. These reports are valuable for promoting ethical management practices.

Upon receiving reports, our company promptly investigates and communicates the findings. We ensure the confidentiality of reporters and reported content, taking necessary steps to protect reporters from retaliation related to their reporting.

Investigations will not proceed for unsubstantiated or malicious reports. Reports can be made anonymously or under the reporter's real name. However, reporting under one's real name is recommended for accurate verification of facts.
